What you will learn

This program builds on your body posture through trunk, shoulder and breath control. You will learn to engage your arm in different postures like forward and reclined sitting, side to side weight shift control, lying and transitioning to build resilience and strength in your larger muscle groups. This may increase flexibility, endurance and weight bearing abilities in the arm, specifically on your elbow, forearm, wrist and fingers, which may allow your fingers to open.

The program includes a step-by-step followable workout that is side-specific and can be worked at your own pace as many times as you wish. The program progresses from easy to more difficult positions.
